The motivation and namesake for Katie's Spa was Katie Kirkpatrick-Godwin. Katie was a special individual, who continued to be an inspiration throughout her three year battle with brain cancer. Through it all, she continued to help others, and this spirit was reflected in the outpouring of love and generosity from the community.

Katie's was founded to provide assistance for individuals who are undergoing treatment for illnesses such as cancer. These individuals need special care and understanding to help them through difficult times.

You, too, can help! Katie's Wings is a non-profit organization that was set up to help bring assistance to people affected by cancer, both those being treated and their caregivers.
